Who can use Wine Trade Online?
Anyone can use Wine Trade Online, but to place an order, you must register with us first.
Liquor Licensees: See TRADE prices and can order directly from each product's producer or national trade distributor.
Non-Trade Customers: See retail prices and can order directly from each product's producer or retail partner.
What does it cost to order through Wine Trade Online?
Nothing at all. Wine Trade Online is completely FREE to use and order through.
For liquor licensees, our trade prices are the same as those you receive ordering directly from your usual suppliers - because with Wine Trade Online you are ordering directly from your usual suppliers. If your business has negotiated discounts from trade from certain suppliers, you'll receive those discounts too when that supplier invoices you.
How do I register?
It's easy and it's FREE. Just click the link below, fill in the form and click SUBMIT. Your account will generally be activated within one working day, and you'll be notified by email when that's done. You can then place your first order.

Why I am only seeing Recommended Retail prices?
You will see Recommended Retail prices until you log-in with your Username and Password.
Once you enter your Username and Password, the pricing you see changes to reflect your membership group.
I have forgotten my Username and Password
No problem. Just click here and enter your email address. The Wine Trade Online system will immediately send your username and password to you by email. Remember to use the email address you originally registered with!
How do I pay for my order?
Liquor Licensees: Wine Trade Online works on purchase orders. No credit card payments are necessary. The suppliers you order from invoice you in just the same way as when you order through any other channel and you pay your suppliers according to your usual terms of trade with them.
Non-Trade Customers: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards can be used to pay for the goods you order. Each supplier will charge your card for the goods you order from them.
What about security?
Wine Trade Online Limited takes considerable steps to assure the security and integrity of our systems and services and the data we work with. Who has access to my information?
Only the suppliers you order from have access to your order information, just as they do whenever you place an order through another channel. If you don't order from a particular supplier, they don't have access to any of your order information.
If you order from a new supplier through this web site, Wine Trade Online provides that new supplier with your relevant contact details, to allow them to successfully invoice and deliver your order.
