to provide to any third party, details of any personal information we have

Generally we will not disclose your information
to anyone without your permission and we use industry standard practices
to protect your privacy. However, we do not guarantee that any information
we have on you will remain confidential nor do we guarantee that your
communications and participation on this site will remain confidential and
you acknowledge this. In particular there are circumstances where:
a) We may be compelled to disclose your
details to the government or to third parties that have a lawful right to
it,
b) Parties who may unlawfully intercept or access a user's
transmissions or communications,
c) We
may also disclose information to law enforcement or other government
officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or
appropriate.

We keep client information for each supplier
separate. Files are password protected so only our staff can access
them.

We employ a range of sophisticated and simple
security measures. Our policy is:
a)
Never leave our office unattended with visitors, servicemen or
technicians;
b) Ensure office computer
systems are password protected, fire walled and port blocked (to prevent
detection from the Internet);
c) Use the latest in virus protection;
and
d) Burn all used office paper on site.

Our server is not a secure server. No personal
credit details change hands and no transaction is made, so a secure server
is not used and no additional benefit would be gained by using
one.

We provide password-protected areas for the
use of registered users only. You are advised not to share your password
and you do so at your own risk.
